Evidence before language
Every material product statement must be traceable to the customer's page or evidence. Missing support is labelled “Verify before publishing”. We do not invent origin, sustainability, safety, medical, performance, material, delivery or customer-experience claims.
Responsible AI
AI may support organisation, drafting and quality checks. It does not replace customer fact approval, professional advice or human editorial review. No output is automatically published to a customer's store.
Reviews and case studies
We publish feedback only from a real customer who received the named service and gave written permission. We do not buy or fabricate reviews, condition rewards on positivity, change meaning, or present anonymous figures as proof. A named case study must retain its source, baseline, delivery record, measurement period and approval.
Corrections
If a public statement is shown to be inaccurate or unsupported, we will investigate and correct or remove it. Concerns: info@namanoamo.com.
