Refunds & cancellation
Before contract
A free fit check can be stopped at any time. No fee is due unless a written order form is accepted.
Cancellation
Cancellation before or after work starts follows the accepted order form and the amount of committed work or non-recoverable cost. Because the service is customised, cancellation after work begins does not automatically entitle a business customer to a full refund.
Fair-scope guarantee
If delivery does not cover the five agreed URLs or is not grounded in the visible or customer-supplied information, notify us within seven calendar days. We will provide one reasonable revision. If we cannot correct that defined scope failure, we will refund the project fee.
Exclusions
The guarantee does not cover sales, rankings, traffic or conversion changes; facts missing from source material; third-party changes; or requests outside the written scope.
Concerns and statutory rights
Email info@namanoamo.com with the project and specific issue. Nothing limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The pilot is intended for business customers; tell us immediately if you believe you contracted as a consumer.
